Turnkey Property Company, LLC (“Turnkey Property Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides various mentorship, business coaching services, products, and educational materials through this Website (the “Service”).
This Service is offered subject to Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as well as any relevant sections of the Turnkey Property Company Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using Our Service.
BY VISITING THIS WEBSITE, CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CLIENT HAS READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTANDS THEM, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
Client must be at least 18 years old to access this Website or purchase products and/or Services.
If using the Service on behalf of an organization, Client represents that they have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts
As part of registration or account creation, Client may be required to:
Create or receive login credentials
Provide accurate personal information (email, phone number, billing address, payment details)
Client agrees that all information provided must be accurate and current.
Client agrees:
Not to transfer, assign, sublicense, or share access to Services or Content
Not to impersonate another person or entity
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.
Client is responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activity conducted under their account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if credentials are shared.
No Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing for specific Services, Turnkey Property Company maintains a strict no-refund policy.
By accepting these Terms, Client acknowledges and agrees that:
All fees paid are non-refundable
No chargebacks will be permitted unless required by law
Guarantee
Turnkey Property Company guarantees that by completing the Mentorship Program, Client will learn strategies to:
Identify short-term rental properties
Evaluate potential investments
Invest in properties
Manage short-term rental operations
If within six (6) months of starting the Program the Client has not successfully listed a property for rent, they may be eligible for:
Continued coaching for up to an additional six (6) months
ORCoaching until a property is listed (whichever comes first)
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, Client must:
Complete 100% of video modules
Attend at least 30 coaching calls
Schedule and attend at least 10 success manager calls within six (6) months
Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility.

By accepting these Terms, Client acknowledges that Turnkey Property Company provides education and coaching only.

Do not promise earnings
Make no representations regarding financial outcomes

Individual effort
Skill
Experience
Market conditions
External circumstances
All Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose

By accepting these Terms, Client agrees that we may collect and use personal information for:
Membership processing
Program administration
Customer support
All use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Website and Services are protected by:

Intellectual property laws
Turnkey Property Company and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in such materials.
Client may not:
Reproduce
Distribute

Create derivative works
Without prior written consent.
