1. Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Payment plans cannot be canceled.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial payments.

In consideration for access to the Website and Services, Client agrees to pay Turnkey Property Company, LLC the fees (“Fees”) in the amount and manner previously agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:

  • Collection efforts as permitted by law

All transactions for intangible products, including:

Client’s payment details are not stored by Turnkey Property Company, LLC during this process.

  • Does not control third-party payment processors

  • Is not responsible for the actions or omissions of payment vendors

Client’s relationship with any payment vendor is governed solely by the vendor’s own terms and conditions.

5. Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including downloadable materials and online content, is subject to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

6. Delivery of Goods and Services

Upon successful purchase, digital products are typically delivered electronically.
